HomeXam follows the Standard of Practice (SoP) endorsed by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI). This SoP defines the items that will be inspected as well as those that are out of scope for a general visual inspection. Home Inspections performed to these SoP are intended to provide the client with information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home as inspected at the time of the Home Inspection.

It is our practice to make this material available at the time of the booking of your inspection and we provide a copy as a part of your contract at the time of inspection.
